What I like is when you have an issue they get that things can happen and work with you. If you have a question they are prompt to get back with you to work it out in a timely fashion. Awesome group of people to work with and for.

Everyone truly is a team. Management doesn't take advantage of their power. They come to you as people when correction is needed and as needed and they truly care about what you have going on so that you can be the best you possible
