The flexability to work remotely

Health care and mental health coverage. While we are part of a larger organization, there are plans that work for any budget.

¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

The company pushes staff to use their partners health insurance because it's cheaper for the company; which leaves terrible plans for people. Also, being undertrained and taking on projects I'm not prepared for in which the process is unclear, poor directions, and all the blame.
