What makes you most happy at work? The people. They are incredibly talented and smart and really passionate about the work
What is the best part about your compensation package? The flexability to work remotely
What did you like most about the interview process? It was quick and the people I interviewed with brought passion and commitment to the process.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Training for managers, keep bad managers accountable, get rid of bad managers, increase pay, create better work life balance, create career paths and real training to retain staff long term.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Several high maintenance projects to manage all at once along with taking on other people's work who have left. Treat people with respect and a manageable workload so they don't leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The company pushes staff to use their partners health insurance because it's cheaper for the company; which leaves terrible plans for people. Also, being undertrained and taking on projects I'm not prepared for in which the process is unclear, poor directions, and all the blame.
