What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Being transparent, accountable, and training people to be managers. Instead of overworking, underpaying staff who also get blamed for the failure of poor management, they can pay their staff, remove partners that are chaos muppets and lead to poor management and morale.

not treating staff like dirt

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

The company pushes staff to use their partners health insurance because it's cheaper for the company; which leaves terrible plans for people. Also, being undertrained and taking on projects I'm not prepared for in which the process is unclear, poor directions, and all the blame.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Several high maintenance projects to manage all at once along with taking on other people's work who have left. Treat people with respect and a manageable workload so they don't leave.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Training for managers, keep bad managers accountable, get rid of bad managers, increase pay, create better work life balance, create career paths and real training to retain staff long term.
