Listening and addressing staff concerns. If they would just treat their staff with respect, the "fix" for their facilities could be easy. They waste too many resources trying to figure out how to bring new staff in, when they should be retaining the good staff they already have.

Providing proper staffing ratios per residents in building. Offer help when needed or simply more staff. Stop making false promises and advertisements! The high pay is where they get you but you will see very quickly why they pay higher than average.

The leadership in the Brentwood building is very poor and inexperienced. Corperate training has been either non existent or ineffective.
