This company treats their staff as if they are completely replaceable. They don't listen or care about staff concerns. Ultimately, bad management has brought staff morale to an all time low. Unfortunately, the worst part of how they treat their staff reflects in the poor care given to the residents.

I have been here for 4 months and have had the worst time since working here. This facility wether it be brickyard health or Golden Living does not care about the actual care of the residents nor do they provide proper staffing ratios for a safe shift. Be prepared to work under staffed at all times.

The leadership in the Brentwood building is very poor and inexperienced. Corperate training has been either non existent or ineffective.
