- What are some of the best things about your team?We have some good aides to work with and pleasant residents

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Micromanaging is a huge problem here. You will not have proper staff numbers because managements lack of care runs new hires off.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The Aides are worked to death and do not get any help or appreciation. We are just more bodies to create a skeleton team.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Providing proper staffing ratios per residents in building. Offer help when needed or simply more staff. Stop making false promises and advertisements! The high pay is where they get you but you will see very quickly why they pay higher than average.
