I love the transparency at Health IQ and that it is a meritocracy. Everyone is willing to help and mangers/leadership are always directly available if you need help. Goals are clear- the mission is clear and the company is driven to hit it's benchmarks.

I like that they tell you like it is. if you need to step it up they let you know, if you are doing a great job they let you know. its about Accountability.

They are open to new ideas and listen to your concerns if you have them. The open door policy is awesome and they are always willing to help! Also, they treat everyone as equal no employee is considered below.
