Communicating clearly and accurately, responding in a timely manner to issues and resolving issues so Agents can work efficiently and effectively
Listening and supporting their employees
Be more honest about employment status
Sales training, products, and they need to develop a better communication through their sales agents which is the only thing left for health IQ at this time
Treating employees like people and not numbers
The overall flexibility is nice

Hourly pay is fair but sales commission is not
Generous stock option plan and market consistent comp package
401(k) contribution matching Better time off policy Bonus structure instead of stock options, which you don't get
Better leads and higher close rate
Any incentives offered are packaged with a minute by minute micro management adherence policy. You can be #1 but 90+% adherence or you get nothing. Your leads (sold, scheduled, working) are given away to other HIQ agents almost immediately. AEP you must sell 100+ apps before they pay commissions
Because I was, simply stated. Vague and confusing compensation plan, and untrained people trying to train and lead others. RUN AS QUICK AS YOU CAN. This was a fraudulent hire with ignorant supervisors.

Always a positive environment. Great Talent Acquisition team :)
Upper management is terrible and incompetent.
