They are always helpful when needed and if they do not know they with get the answer.

Culture is just not spoken

they're always open to new ideas

I love the transparency at Health IQ and that it is a meritocracy. Everyone is willing to help and mangers/leadership are always directly available if you need help. Goals are clear- the mission is clear and the company is driven to hit it's benchmarks.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating clearly and accurately, responding in a timely manner to issues and resolving issues so Agents can work efficiently and effectively

Listening and supporting their employees

Be more honest about employment status

Sales training, products, and they need to develop a better communication through their sales agents which is the only thing left for health IQ at this time

Treating employees like people and not numbers

Compassion, transparency, support, training, managing to the person rather than micromanaging the masses

Learn contracting, recognizing they working with real people with real lives and that this not about driving a machine for profit, or metrics, or Tiers, or misrepresenting the company to people upon hire just to hold them hostage for AEP
