What did you like most about the interview process?
It was no pressure, very laid back but professional
It was a interview based position for Medicare cells so not going to write too much about the interview process

I like the Arc of Accomplishment process. Although i felt as if i didn't have great accomplishments compared to the leadership team it was a good exercise for me to step back and realize how many great things i have done in my life. It was a good confidence booster for me.
