Mostly working on something valuable and with people who are really good at their work. Decent work life balance, suffers only around important project deadlines. Tech is a bit old but well maintained and there are fewer tech upgrades because more importance given to features.

Casual. Jeans and sport shirts/dress shirts is common. Occasionally a t-shirt.
What are company outings like at Helpshift?
We do not do many outings outside of the office, but we do have a weekly social in the office on Friday afternoons. These often have fun themes associated with them.
