What do you like best about the leadership team?Attempts to understand problems in team, structure and make improvements. Regular communication about marketing and customer success, and continuous efforts to bring clarity about vision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Free food which tastes good too, taxi service. All this applicable pre-covid.

Helpshift is a mobile customer support platform for businesses to integrate mobile applications and communicate with customers.
Once we actually launched and went live in the app store, obviously the scope of customer issues increased radically
Helpshift's platform allowed the support team to be able to efficiently tackle incoming tickets, largely thanks to the platform's ability to escalate and segment tickets by user and category type.
