The benefits at InStride are extraordinary. I feel valued and seen as a whole person and not juts a cog in the wheel. I know that I will be able to take care of myself and my loved ones with my benefits and my salary, and that brings piece of mind.

OneMedical is an excellent perk. Best experience going to a primary care doctor I've ever had. 12 weeks of family leave for my newborn is the best benefit I've ever had. That time with my baby is precious and I will be forever grateful to InStride for giving me that time.

StepForward is a great benefit. I also appreciate that they make the benefits so affordable. In fact, they are lowering the cost to employees to make them even more affordable.

Commute reimbursement for sure!! Definitely love the health coverage and the fact that I'm hourly which makes up for additional hours I work.

Higer base pay. Offer equity to employees who are below director level. Bonus that's tied with the performance in the role instead of setting up projects that the employees focus on to achieve the bonus goal.

I just got here. Feel like I should be getting paid more considering the type of work I'm doing and the role I'm filling. We also just lost a member so will probably need to step up.

I took a $20k pay cut when I accepted this job. I was lead to believe that a promotion was on the horizon but, it seems that has been tabled and the general theme is to do more with less.

As I said before a 2% raise given during times of high inflation is a pay cut. We onboard amazon, did everything in record time, every team got affected by it, all that stress due to the mismanagement of the whole process... for a pay cut? Makes leadership look bad

more trainings/workshops to grow in my role, career development conversations, wellness stipends, lunch at the office, my job title at other companies gets paid better
