The work-life balance at InStride is the best. The communication is excellent, great teamwork and the onboarding for new hires is very thorough.

The work culture is incredibly relaxed and understanding of life outside of work. Sometimes I feel its too lax. People are just waiting around for others to do work or are okay if things lag or delay.
