Best company I've worked for, full stop. Its a joy to be here. It doesn't mean everything is rainbows and roses all the time, but what in life is? This is a great group of people you can trust. We hang together and have fun building software that has dramatic impacts on the world around us. Love it.

InVision is a growing, late-stage startup. With that comes the expected pros and cons. All InVisioners are touching work and impacting the business in bigger ways than they might otherwise in a mature company! We also move fast and need to be resilient. This is great for me, but not for everyone.

Overall I'm very happy to be part of the InVision group and I love working from home. My concern is that overall the hiring process takes a little bit longer here at InVision. I measure my success on how many people I successfully onboard. YTD, I've only made one hire which worries me.
