What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empathy and fun make the team work well together. Everyone uses our product for their own work, so there's a great culture of continuous improvement and welcoming creative suggestions.

We are inclusive and welcome ideas, good or bad. We encourage inclusivity by insuring all voices are heard. We often use the phrase "bad version" before sharing an idea to take the ego out of your idea and reduce the barrier of acceptance of that idea. It encourages others to riff on that idea.

I'm not convinced our product strategy is actually that good. Also, there is a serious problem with legacy code, especially on my team.
