I came from a company with a very toxic culture. They had claimed to be fully inclusive, however, my experiences with large companies and having been in the military made me a target as "one of them" the people on the other side. Here, I feel like part of the team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are working to improve the overall culture and experience at the company. They care about outcomes rather than checkboxes. I do not feel like a number, I feel like part of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are inclusive and welcome ideas, good or bad. We encourage inclusivity by insuring all voices are heard. We often use the phrase "bad version" before sharing an idea to take the ego out of your idea and reduce the barrier of acceptance of that idea. It encourages others to riff on that idea.
