Best company I've worked for, full stop. Its a joy to be here. It doesn't mean everything is rainbows and roses all the time, but what in life is? This is a great group of people you can trust. We hang together and have fun building software that has dramatic impacts on the world around us. Love it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very thorough... you don't get through the process easily, but when you do I think you find yourself that much more grateful for the high bar.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Visionary team, grounded in reality. Lives out the company principles, not just talk. Very honest both when things go well and perhaps, even more importantly, very transparent when we fail. I have full faith in the leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive compensation package especially for a remote organization. Those who work outside of major city centers like SF, NYC, etc will be especially pleased. I've never had to fight for raise, good effort/results are recognized and rewarded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supremely humble team. The culture itself tends to expel egomania. Best team I've worked with. Doesn't mean we always get it right- we do stumble at time, but the ability to reflect, assess, and make better decisions is key.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work at a company that is focused on leveraging design to improve the effectiveness of organizations worldwide is an absolute blast. I love that the tools and knowledge we're putting into the space have a legitimate, positive impact on the world around us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our core 8 principles are incredibly solid. Never been at a place that walks the talk as well as InVision does in this regard. Teammates are able to lean on one another. I've seen incredible acts of generosity and kindness to one another in my day-to-day work here.
