InVision is a growing, late-stage startup. With that comes the expected pros and cons. All InVisioners are touching work and impacting the business in bigger ways than they might otherwise in a mature company! We also move fast and need to be resilient. This is great for me, but not for everyone.

The fact that we have a 100% virtual company and still have a clear and discernable culture is amazing to me!

I love that I can work from the location where I am most happy, while still tackling important work in a company that is very relevant in the tech space.
