My team is smart, collaborative, and legitimately wants to do the right thing for our business and our customers.

Flex time. The ability to schedule things that are important to me, so that I can live my best life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Enablement. The whole premise of the organization is to enable designers (and others) to collaborate more effectively. There's an excitement about that - doing it effectively / efficiently, but also with flash. Now that's fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassionate candor & relentless self-development. The executive team engages with our board, our employees, and our customers to determine where we are or are not best serving our customers, our employees, and our market. They can, and do, adjust and pivot corporate strategy accordingly.
