caring, willing to help every individual employee grow. My personal managers have always been very calm under pressure and have displayed a true example of what that looks like under stress. Most of my managers and supervisors have been very personable and passionate about the job.

lack communication, honestly despite my best efforts to improve quality of work, employees who didnt feel i was excelling did not confront me with their concerns and instead complained to jessica who was already giving me a hard time, in turn jessica would not come to me with concerns in the moment

Our manager and the ones above her live together. They get away with whatever they want to and dont really have to face ahy consequences.

Being nice and helpful. Learn how to communicate with every employee. Present yourself as an approvable person. Ask employees if they need help. Don't leave employees feeling uninvolved. Just better communication and attitude.
