There is no limit on the commission I can make, the more I close the more I make. I have worked in 6 companies and this is the best compensation so far

Health benefits are completely unaffordable. Commissions get lower, the more money I make this company, and Ive been promised raises and promotions several times and have yet to receive them

I feel very undervalued because the leadership team does not care about their employees. The best employees get fired or they leave to bigger companies. Kaseya does not pay fairly for a tech company. They are not a major tech company due to how leadership runs the business

I've done a salary comparison and am under paid based off my education, level of experience and location. However, I feel this will be corrected in the near future and I enjoy my job so I'm willing to stick it out!
