How flexible is your work schedule at Kaseya?
Most work schedules at Kaseya have a fair amount of flexibility. Also, Kaseya has a flexible time-off policy so that you can time when you need it versus accruing PTO and needing to use it from a PTO bank.

What's the work from home policy like at Kaseya?
Most roles at Kaseya are based out of our many office locations however, some positions qualify as work-from-home positions -and even if your position is not a work-from-home position, employees can occasionally work-from-home with supervisor approval when requested.
Work from home depends on your role in the company, not all job functions are conducive to working from home.
We get 3 days work from home per month for the Bengaluru office.

Poorly - very slow to respond to anything; no confidential communication path; no accountability.

What are the team outings like at Kaseya?
I believe that the company offers different outings/employee events in the different office locations we have since we have so many offices worldwide and employees are dispersed but in the Miami office location, we participate in a team fundraiser together every year as well as other scheduled and ad hoc outings where employee participation is encouraged but not mandatory. These events have been very fun, team building experiences where I get to see my team members outside of the office and learn more about their personal interests and life outside of work - which I believe has helped me to better work with them inside the office environment.

Kaseya has an intern program in conjunction with several tech schools and program in several office locations. Many of those interns have gone on to become full time employees after their internship has completed.
I am not familiar with this program.
It's in a state of flux ... 6 month internships with a high internship to full-time employee transition ratio (upwards of 65%)
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Kaseya asks?
Interview questions at Kaseya include all the standard skill-based assessment questions - but then there's also heavy focus on questions that help determine if the job candidate will be a cultural fit for the company/department. So, questions to assess how the candidate works in an interdisciplinary team, how they manage driving results and metrics that are both individual and departmental/organizational goals when working as part of a larger team.

How are the career growth opportunities on the HR team at Kaseya?
Excellent. We have a number of individuals, who have advanced from Intern to Manager/Director level. Moreover, there is a preference for internal promotion.

We have offices all over the world and across the US. Each office is unique in terms of layout.
