It would appear to be a great company from the outside, as soon as you enter though you'll see it for what it is. A Toxic work environment.
The products are old and their support has become absolute trash since they were bought by VC.

What should I wear for an interview at ConnectWise?
Depending on the role, the dress can vary. I am an EA and we dress for an office environment. We typically wear dresses, skirts, and slacks most days, but on Fridays we wear nice jeans. If you are a developer that is a much more casual, laid back environment. I suggest to always dress higher than the job you are applying for, you can always go more casual when you get the job. Why work for ConnectWise?
Honestly, you're not going to find a comparable culture anywhere in the Tampa Bay area. While I have bad days occasionally, I usually enjoy coming in to work. I work on projects I'm proud of and I've been given many, many opportunities to prove myself as an employee. For people who work hard, there are so many opportunities; but you have to work hard.
