I love the people and work I am doing at SolarWinds. I feel valued, recognized in my work, and accomplished in my achievements. The leadership is approachable, listens, and genuinely wants to see employees succeed. SolarWinds has a strong employee culture and makes/sells great products.
This company is going through a ton of change and transformation right now, which puts SWI on a really great path for future success. The pace is great and really stimulating. Due to the company size there is SO much room for impact.

SolarWinds was very responsive to me, and I met with people both above my level, below my level, peers, and extended team members to get a good idea of how I'd fit with the team.
