The Leadership team is truly empathetic and wants what is best for their EEs. While they have a responsibility to the financial performance of the company, they also do a really great job balancing that with the interests of EEs. The leadership team at SolarWinds is very transparent. There are monthly all hands calls where they answer employee questions, discuss upcoming events, and keep employees in the know. It makes it easier to trust them and makes me more motivated knowing my company keeps me up to date.

The team is authentic. Everyone balances each other out - we have some analytical and some more skilled in change management/EQ, etc. It really is a great team.
