Encouragement, motivation, resilience, kind and professional.

The Leadership team is truly empathetic and wants what is best for their EEs. While they have a responsibility to the financial performance of the company, they also do a really great job balancing that with the interests of EEs. Leadership really does carefully think things through before implement

The leadership team at SolarWinds is very transparent. There are monthly all hands calls where they answer employee questions, discuss upcoming events, and keep employees in the know. It makes it easier to trust them and makes me more motivated knowing my company keeps me up to date.
