My leadership team have given me everything I need to succeed but also give me the opportunity to lead initiatives without ever having to ask how things are moving. They have trusted in my ability and because of that I've been able to grow in ways that I never expected.

They are here for the success of the company. The growth. They are the most involved leadership team I've worked with. Fred and the team have a vision and they work HARD! It's a nice vision to be behind.

My manager is always flexible on how we work so long as our work gets done and gets done right.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Keeping employees valued and happy comes from doing a 180 on pretty much every policy - customers and partners would then also be far happier, not constantly looking to get out of contracts.

Everything, they are absolutely terrible

Stop treating employees like bad children that need to be monitored at every moment.

Paid fairly but have the opportunity to make very good commission. Equity is also very strong since we are pre-IPO.

If i lived in a city that was less expensive

Benefits are basic and not competitive with our tech companies. PTO is use it or lose it and there is no 401k match.

Health benefits are completely unaffordable. Commissions get lower, the more money I make this company, and Ive been promised raises and promotions several times and have yet to receive them

I feel very undervalued because the leadership team does not care about their employees. The best employees get fired or they leave to bigger companies. Kaseya does not pay fairly for a tech company. They are not a major tech company due to how leadership runs the business

We need to be ALLOWED to work together better - instead, most teams are set against each other.

There is little to no trust because of how competitive management makes the environement. Some team bonding could help.

My coworkers could display greater overall business acumen instead of "just' functional expertise.

When CEO is around, you walk on egg shells. His mantra is "micro management is a good thing" .

They need to get a new CEO and a really executive team that are not in the boys club. Leadership starts from the top then trickles down. At kaseya, employees are all lookibggvto jump ship and live in fear about getting fired

What did you like most about the interview process?

Great recruiter who believed in me and set me up for success when meeting with hiring managers. The interviews were structures and the team were well trained. I could ask any questions and they would answer.

Interview process was fine and up to par.

2 processes and done. Very conversational and mostly about alligning goals. For other interviews processes like the sales organisation you meet the hiring manager, the senior VP and executive like the CEO. You don't get this exposure at other companies.

It was quick, straightforward and can tell they were looking for the best in people.

Talked with enough leaders that I knew what I was getting into

There are too many issues at every level of the organization.

Again? There needs to be a. Hangs in leadership, everyone knows not tobwoek here because they do not value you and you are not going to get compensated for the overtime hours you have to do just to complete your work responsibilities

We sometimes push so hard for the sales outcomes, that we forget about the personal growth & development that is needed to sustain the change in our industry
