was mislead about opportunities for advancement in position AND pay. micromanaged all confidence out of me. senior leadership is only interested in keeping shareholders happy until the company goes back up for sale and they need that bottom line tight. Manipulative. Reactive. TOXIC.

when I was hired many years ago, the leadership team was honest, and direct and inclusive. I enjoyed the chance to meet people thru the interviews. but since then there's a completely new senior leadership team so I have no doubt the interview process (like literally everything else) has changed.

follow through for you employees. recognize the value of your sales team and treat them like the kings you pretend your managers are. your managers are destroying your company moral and you don't care. the company needs a complete overhaul at the top level. the CEO/CSO/CMO etc all of them, toxic.

Kele wants to be bigger than it is but can't afford to keep up with what it wants to be. they aquire a company, have literally no idea how to market or integrate systems, they're unorganized and it makes things that should be celebratory very stressful instead. make a plan..stick to it!
