On an average Kyruus' pay is on the lower side of things. There is no benefit outside of the base pay considering most of us lost 5% bonus for 2024.

If the executive decisions have to be made none the less then they will have to discuss plan Bs with the Dev Managers. The most impacted layer with all the executive decisions are Manager
