Always feel important and included

Although I've only been with the company a few months, I'm impressed with Kyruus' desire to always get better and do things differently. Progress takes time but with the right attitude and commitment to working together, I think my experience at Kyruus will remain positive for years to come.

Overall working at kyruus is very average, but depending on your priorities in work and your personal life, the benefits at kyruus can outweigh the negatives. For example, pay is low, but time off and day-to-day flexibility is high.

I appreciate that the leadership team actively participates in company events and learning sessions. They're very involved and supportive of new ideas.

Right now it appears the leadership team is trying to sweep bad news under the rug with the hopes nobody notices ... removing the people who left from the newsletter and failing to address the bonus payout reduction from 15% to 10% for example.

Good intentions, but poor execution. Transparency has been a huge miss since late 2020. Poor executive decisions with unclear justifications across the board.

I'm not sure I can choose just one part. Our holistic compensation package makes me feel valued as an employee and is very thoughtful.

I appreciate the unlimited PTO, monthly stipends and motivational things like tenure milestone rewards. Kyruus has continues to enhance their benefits in unique ways.

Most things are fine ... I like the stipend for spending every quarter. Still want to know why leadership felt our bonus payout should be brought from 15% to 10% ...

Compared to current rates I am underpaid. I'd also love a better 401K matching program.

I would say making sure to pay us market value or slightly above would be great. For the amount of work our team does, we get the short end of the stick. Would love to see more benefit investment benefits since Stocks are ok if we go public, but are worthless until then.
