I would say making sure to pay us market value or slightly above would be great. For the amount of work our team does, we get the short end of the stick. Would love to see more benefit investment benefits since Stocks are ok if we go public, but are worthless until then.
Pay is lower than industry standard. There is no 401k match. Other benefits are standard.

My own research tells me that my pay is right in the middle of what other companies are paying. This would be fine based on the work/life balance that I have at Kyruus but without a 401k match it is hard to justify. I am starting to really worry about my future/retirement.

Salary does not match market rates. When taking into account the amount of hours worked, it's even worse. Not all teams see eye to eye in the startup hustle culture, which leads some (key employees) people burnt out.
More acknowledgement of the success and current responsibilities I am fulfilling, and how much I have taken on from a manager-position perspective over the last year.

I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I know that (for my role) total comp is lower at Kyruus than at other organizations. That said, I love my job, the corporate culture, and feel our mission and vision are extremely compelling reasons to be at Kyruus.
