The people I get to work with make me excited to get my day started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership team actively participates in company events and learning sessions. They're very involved and supportive of new ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can be themselves. People can crack jokes and still be professional. We can show our personalities and have a culture of authenticity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the unlimited PTO, monthly stipends and motivational things like tenure milestone rewards. Kyruus has continues to enhance their benefits in unique ways.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone that I interact with respects when you're busy and is are great about following up. Small things like that help keep me on track and showcases how kind everyone can be.
