People respect that you have a personal life, as well and how much we strive for work-life balance.

The leadership team is very transparent regarding our goals and business plans for the future. They also care deeply about their employees and ensuring people are taking care of themselves on a personal level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How much employees respect their colleagues time and don't expect responses immediately, especially if it's outside of business hours. Leadership gives their teams a lot of autonomy. People are very supportive of one another and celebrate each other's wins.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares for each other on a personal level and are always willing to step in to help if you're overwhelmed or need additional coverage on your work. They encourage one another to take time off to recharge and not get burned out.
