It's all about insurance, but investment advice is a huge opportunity for growth. You'll want to study up - but they will also teach & train you on the go. Learning curve takes a few months, but they plan for it.

Good, growing fast can cause pains sometimes. But the people are vibing.

45ish - it's fun. lots of food, lots of hang time, you make a ton of new friends and everyone really gets tight.
What's the Design team like at LearnVest?
Super talented with tons of experience. They are really growing the products for LV & NM to next level - leading digital transformation and delivering products and growth to the company.
How's the leadership on the Design team at LearnVest?
Abigail runs an elite group has a strong leadership team of directors. It's an agency inside of the company, because of Abigail's background she recruits the best people from agency world and brings them client side to build products.
What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at LearnVest? How many hours are you working?
I'm working 40-45 hours per week. This is pretty consistent across other teams, as well.

We've changed and grown up some, but we are still unique and fun and there are a lot of close friendships.
What is the best part about your compensation package at LearnVest?
The annual bonus can be bigger if the company exceeds goals and this really pays off.
