What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid very well for my position.
The annual bonus can be bigger if the company exceeds goals and this really pays off.

Fewer meetings, focus on getting stuff done. Dont talk about it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've changed and grown up some, but we are still unique and fun and there are a lot of close friendships.
