Great work-life balance. Lots of flexibility to work from home.
Although company provided generous vacation time it was very difficult to get approvals for time when requested.
Level 3 offers a good balance, with opportunities to work remote if you do not take advantage or misuse that option.

Very corporate. Kind of depressing.
Little to none opportunity for women to grow professionally. Culture was male dominated where harrasment was prevalent
Sterile and unfriendly. Teams are super siloed and some are even territorial and intentionally difficult to work with.

It's definitely flexible on hours. But the vibe is just low morale.
The vibe is sometimes tense and political but definitely flexible on hours. The main priority is that you get your job done.
