Our team works very well together and is always open to helping and covering each other. We know that life happens and things come up and being able to help each other through those times. There is never a stupid question within our group and we build each other up.

We're like a family. We support and listen to each other. When someone experiences a bad day or problem, everyone is there to cheer the person up and be there. They don't hesitate to jump in and help with a last minute project. They're also kind, intelligent, and share in our common goals for LR.

They are all very good people; we just differ as humans. I do not believe they need to change; its simply that not all people constantly enjoy one another all of the time. Nothing out of the ordinary at all.
