Most of the leader ship team is wonderful. However ,it's pretty obvious some of them have no idea what they're doing. Let's have a peer review on each supervisor then you'll know what you're dealing with.
The leadership team is approachable, knowledgeable, transparent and proactive. They care not only about the business aspect but also that employees their are satisfied with the working environment.
