People are always welcoming when someone new joins the team and everyone seems to enjoy their job. The mentor program is helpful in becoming familiar in your role, learning the programs and various platforms which are utilized.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is little to no diversity and the atmosphere of the company is not the same. It seems that with every raise there is more work some being unnecessary and not the opinion of those that are actually doing the work.
