Work overload causes a lot of stress and never being able to catch up on work due to the amount that is piled on daily. Constantly have to work past company hours/off days to feel comfortable with workload only for it to pile up again the next day. Having more team members to help delegate tasks.

I enjoy working from home and not driving downtown. I am not a fan of the strict 50% policy we have. I dont believe there is a need to have everyone in the office 50% of the time. We could have 1-2 days a week with our whole team so we can collaborate when needed

Previous comments about "negative" work. An environment with shared wins being celebrated and focused on would be significantly better than working to avoid a blame game.

Workload balance and job expectations are not equal across the Loup subs. Autos operations is by far a much more demanding position that needs to be staffed more or with higher pay. No one wants to stay in the group.

There needs to be more accountability. Low performers are given easier jobs and higher performers are leaned on to do more.

So many things that are not in the control of Loup. Pretty much UPRR stuff ...Service, price, claims, CC&S , ramp issues etc

It's hard to get excited when it's tough to win with your job. Service is below par, the parent company is shedding your business, and not taking on new business. Capacity is limited. A new TMS that is not fully functional and has a lot opportunity.

The work get's a bit monotonous, and there is limited room to move up or around in the company. The structure of the company needs improving at the lower levels.

Service is subpar. Gate issues We fail all the time. It affects the customers baseload and if they will be on MCD or Aggregate pricing. We are forced to use Alinea and it is not remotely ready. We do not have reports or financials. We are operating blindly.

Our service is terrible. Customers can't hardly get cars, and when they do, it takes forever for them to deliver. I'm the one the customer gets mad at.... not the leadership team making these decisions.

I think it's natural for people to not be "excited" every day for work. Sometimes work is work. I'm also not dreading coming to work every day. I've had previous rolls within the company where I've felt dreadful. I don't feel that way in my current roll. I'm probably more "neutral".

There is no consistency in our team roles or "hot topics". Staffing shortage. Employees don't trust management since there is no consistency which makes it hard to manage.

The workload is not evenly split, and at times when you are a top performer you almost get punished with more work.
