Loup is inclusive and engaging.

People are given the opportunities to be involved and take risks. We operate with an entrepreneurial mindset where we are willing to experiment to see what blue oceans we can explore.

Our Employee Engagement Team! They always help bring the teams together, either for Third Thursday Fun, or various Holiday Celebrations. Great way to break away from work, and meet with coworkers.
Review from Operations Dept
There is a lot of things "thrown over the fence" and teams/individuals "thrown under the bus." Perceived misses are much more vocalized than wins. Tasks are sometimes arranged/prioritized based on what will best avoid negativity rather than what is truly in the best interest of the company.

Spread the workload and realize you don't have enough people to do what you are asking and expecting
Review from Operations Dept
Let us work from home full time. Most days I come into work it is a waste of time. I don't have any meetings scheduled and my coworkers are working from home. What's the point of me being here if I'm all alone? Either increase pay or decrease workload. Create jobs and opportunities to grow/learn.
Review from Marketing Dept
It is a very cut throat mentality here. Everyone is concerned about getting their next job. Managers don't build their employees anymore. They are concerned about covering themselves to get promoted and not let go.

Adjusting to more of a matrix or flat org structure would be a big help. With the existing hierarchy structure, everyone who does the work and has job knowledge is at the bottom. It's hard to pinpoint what leadership team does to actually impact the business and add value.
Review from Marketing Dept
Time equity is important and the root cause to a lot of concerns is manpower. if we had the right amount of people, i believe the culture would change. also, leadership should be more diverse. We have white men and some woman. Very few woman of color
