The way employees are treated
Review from Operations Dept
I think the leadership at Loup is great. They are strategic but also some of the nicest people in the building.
Review from Marketing Dept
A diverse team of caring and thoughtful people-centric leaders!
They are accessible and communicative.
Review from Operations Dept
They are very transparent to the employees, letting us know the logic made behind certain decisions and willing to have open conversations about any concerns or questions that the employees may have.
Review from Operations Dept
My manager is always willing to listen, help, or guide in the right direction.

feedback on day-to-day activities and support
Review from Sales Dept
What I love about the Loup culture is that I feel empowered to make decisions that impact the financial success of the company. It has a very entrepreneurial environment which makes me excited to come to work.
Review from Marketing Dept
They treat me as a person and not an employee number.
Review from Sales Dept
The culture at Loup is innovation inviting. There are a lot of talented employees working for Loup that do amazing things daily for UP.

I think that they are very goa oriented; the culture of the Loup team is fairly positive.

Morality, accountability, retention, compensation, basics
Review from Marketing Dept
Being present to the whole company. Making sure everyone feels they belong and is included in all the conversations.
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to suggestions. It feels like everything is preplanned at the top and as your work your way down, you have to figure out how to make it work. Very "my way" feel and the people that are often doing the work are ignored.
Review from Operations Dept
The teams are understaff for the evolving workload. We bring on more business and the supply chains get tighter with constricting per diem and ramp dwell metrics with no additional help to mange our increasing costs. We cannot continue to support business needs without resources.
Review from Operations Dept
Responding with more urgency when pain points in day-to-day work continue to snowball. Resolve staffing issues by hiring more people so workloads become manageable. Recognize those taking on additional work with more money.
Review from Operations Dept
You are continually having us do more and more work and push "do more with less". Get to know your employees. I can't tell you the last time I even saw my director or senior manager. We are non existent and get constant emails telling us we have more responsibilities but no more pay.
Review from Marketing Dept
Understanding the core of any organization, Their employees.
Review from Operations Dept
-Workload management -Clear vision and direction
Review from Marketing Dept
Take action. it's always "We hear you", but nothing is ever done. Employees want to work from home. The new mantra of "do more with less" is insulting. It says you don't appreciate what we currently do and want us to do more and make more money for the company and we get nothing in return.
Review from Marketing Dept
They need to instead of saying we matter, actually show us that we matter. I feel like the company is talking the talk but not walking the walk
Review from Marketing Dept
Our leadership team doesnt really care about the work/life balance. Work from home is minor but as an example they expect us in the office more than UP. A more major concern is at this point it is expected to put in extra hours everyday and literally not possible to leave at the end of the shift.
Review from Operations Dept
There could be more accountability for performance, employee development, culture & ethics at the leadership level. There is some excellent leadership at Loup, but there are also areas that could be better. The leadership team is a bit out of touch with the lower level workforce.
Review from Marketing Dept
Developing and communicating a sustainable plan that has a path more broad than driving profits by cost reduction.
