I often haven't got an alternative airline I can use but I'd pay extra so I DON'T have to fly Lufthansa. I proper cried on a flight once because of their abysmal customer service at check-in and the stewardess sat 2 feet away from me on an almost empty plane and chose to ignore me the whole way
