It was a great company in 2007, putting customer service and value first. They took care of their employees. By 2026 when I left all they cared about was how much they could make for shareholders, to hell woith customer service, employees aren't allowed to make decisions, raises nonexistant.

Raises, if you get one is sround 2%. Everytime you make a bonus they change the rules so either you don't get it, or the bar is raised so you won't in the future.

First they need to learn what Motion's business is. 2nd if you're going to have employees with 20-30 yrs experience, trust their judgement. They may actually know a little more than you who don't know the difference in a chain drive and belt drive.
