Be physically present in the branch at least once a month and put weight to what your employees are telling you

Bonuses based on performance of the Branch you work at & great working hours along with matching 401 K & options to own stock.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executive Management does not consult employees below the VP level. Communication from top to bottom is non-existent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work at the customer interface level and we maintain a good working relationship with our internal and external customers
Strong knit group and a lot of talent

Manager got straight to the point of what was needed in my capacity to do the job & help the Branch succeed.
Clear questions and explanations. Good listening skills demonstrated by the interviewers
Pretty straight forward questions and not a lot of scenario based questions

Flexibility in tasks. Freedom to develop solutions in my own ways.
