they are alway communicating the good or bad

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First they need to learn what Motion's business is. 2nd if you're going to have employees with 20-30 yrs experience, trust their judgement. They may actually know a little more than you who don't know the difference in a chain drive and belt drive.
Be physically present in the branch at least once a month and put weight to what your employees are telling you
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair, and keeping the communication open
Bonuses based on performance of the Branch you work at & great working hours along with matching 401 K & options to own stock.

The package is as was promised.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises, if you get one is sround 2%. Everytime you make a bonus they change the rules so either you don't get it, or the bar is raised so you won't in the future.
Executive Management does not consult employees below the VP level. Communication from top to bottom is non-existent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No one holds back, always speaking there minds
I work at the customer interface level and we maintain a good working relationship with our internal and external customers
Strong knit group and a lot of talent

Nothing comes to mind positive now.

Manager got straight to the point of what was needed in my capacity to do the job & help the Branch succeed.
Clear questions and explanations. Good listening skills demonstrated by the interviewers
Pretty straight forward questions and not a lot of scenario based questions

Technical problem solving to help keep plants in MOTION!
Flexibility in tasks. Freedom to develop solutions in my own ways.
I am not micromanaged and given all the tools to succeed
Everyone accepting there role and working together to exceed customers expectaions
