working at Motivosity is a great adventure. People are happy, excited about work, and because the leadership team actually listens to employees, employees are more willing to share good ideas. I've really enjoyed being part of something that has such potential for greatness!

I'm happier now than I have been in 20 years

It's been a great ride. People let me work and do my thing. I'm trusted. I learn a lot. Sometimes the energy at sales meetings feels a bit too manufactured, a little too "Rah Rah" and forced, and I don't think we need that. People want to win. But overall it's great. I don't want to leave.
Revisión
It was fast and to the point.
Revisión
They seem to have fun and are friends.
Revisión
It's just positive. It's happy. People are nice.

Commission. It's a life saver
Revisión
20% commission! word word word

unlimited PTO is the best
Revisión
Knowing that I was productive and made a difference.
Revisión
The ability to earn more as I am more successful
Revisión
Motivosity of course. It's not just a company, it's a software!
Revisión
There is a lot of happiness and willingness to support. Very important with remote employees
Revisión
Having the freedom i need to stay engaged and the support I need to stay accountable
Revisión
I like the dedication to success. Everyone is willing to learn and yet they still have fun
Revisión
Everyone is willing to help and generally cares about the company, success of the team, and improvement
Revisión
They are willing to challenge the status quo and communicate their thoughts to us which helps have buy in
Revisión
For the most part people are respectful of leadership and they all care about the companies bottom line: happy employees
Revisión
I love the unlimited PTO although I don't use it often. It's nice to know it's there if I need it.
Revisión
Freedom to carve my own path to my goals and getting support when and how I need it from my manager.
Revisión
Having the freedom to carve my own path to success and being trusted by my manager to give me that freedom
Revisión
For the most part they are open to listening to employees' experiences to help drive both the product and the work experience
Revisión
They are approachable, accessible, and seem more like they are part of the team rather than a bunch of overlords in the ivory tower
Revisión
They are fluid and willing to change direction if something isn't working, and I believe they really want to listen to us frontline employees.
Revisión
We like each other. We want to support each other and win as a team, and our sales manager (Jason) really brings that out in us.
Revisión
They are human first and aren't authoritarian. They trust us to do our work and while they aren't afraid to coach, they aren't afraid to be our biggest fan
Revisión
We sell motivosity. What else do we really need? Seriously, we are encouraged to stay young, to take time off, to do self care and keep learning. We are supposed to work hard and play too.
Revisión
Knowing my manager cares about my success. Freedom. Not knowing exactly what is going to happen each day. New challenges. Variety. Trust. A willingness from leadership to listen to our experiences and not discount them outright
Revisión
there is an attitude of positivity and hope that comes from the top. It's easier to buy into when leadership exemplifies happiness at work. Plus, we focus on the wins. And even when there is failure I never hear threats about job loss. That is very motivating
