Company culture needs a refresh. Or else hold people accountable and show them the door. Structured very much like LDS church.

They work you hard and long and give out a ton of swag wasting money on trinkets while your paycheck barely pays your bills these days. But they paint it to look like a fun house with juvenile games and competitions to help you forget that there isn't near enough man power for the demands made.

Treating employees with respect. I'm not even sure they are aware we are human beings with feelings too. Get rid of the "if you don't like your job, we don't want you here anyway" attitude. We used to love our jobs. Now we hate them. There's a major problem.

Management's response to any issue is to turn it around on how it is the employees fault. They literally do not care how miserable everyone on the team is. They only care when it is brought up just long enough to make sure we go back to keeping our mouths shut.

I feel that the relationships I build with members over the years, that will wait in line for me members ask for my manager after I’ve helped them with a transaction to tell them that MACU needs to give me a raise, People will go 20min out of their way

Less panels and people involved. I had 5 managers of varying levels in my multiple interviews. I was then put on a different team than i was hired for. The process also took about 2 months.
