I do think they try to listen to feedback and try to make things good, but it feels like they're constantly reinventing the wheel

Training your people better in their positions
Cooperation with Steward not a 3rd party company would be ideal
Treating employees with respect. I'm not even sure they are aware we are human beings with feelings too. Get rid of the "if you don't like your job, we don't want you here anyway" attitude. We used to love our jobs. Now we hate them. There's a major problem.

Salary and bonus are all I participate in.
Multiple rasies since being hired.
Even though I am a part-time employee they compensate me and offer benefits as if I were a full-time employee. Incredible opportunities to pursue personal development in this kind of atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management's response to any issue is to turn it around on how it is the employees fault. They literally do not care how miserable everyone on the team is. They only care when it is brought up just long enough to make sure we go back to keeping our mouths shut.

I feel that the relationships I build with members over the years, that will wait in line for me members ask for my manager after I’ve helped them with a transaction to tell them that MACU needs to give me a raise, People will go 20min out of their way

Great team work, really care about one another
We work well together and ensure we as a team are providing security services to the MACU standard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need experience to be effective
Constant meetings, no agendas, no action items. Mertings go long due to constant distractions causing multiple rescheduled meetings
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They value their employees and memebers. They look for way for the employee to grow within the company.

If there are any issues with being treated unfairly by members our management handle the situation very well and help both individuals solve their problems in a proactive way
MACU is really focused on the best interest of its members and employees.
Asking questions is highly recommended.

Accountability. Several coworkers have been caught in lies with no repurcussions.

The way that the managers made me feel welcomed.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Less panels and people involved. I had 5 managers of varying levels in my multiple interviews. I was then put on a different team than i was hired for. The process also took about 2 months.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworkers are lovely and do what they can to help
We have a comfortable environment
When I am able to help a member achieve some of their financial goals or dreams, especially if it was one that they didn't originally know that they had.
